Bolney Estate is the oldest winemaking estate in England and one of the rare still family owned. The bubbly is based on Seyval Blanc, which gives it quite a unique character. We love the idea of Bolney not trying to emulate anyone, but instead focusing on their own unique terroir and their own style along with trying to showcase what England should be all about.
