Hill Family Estate, Chardonnay “Carly’s Cuvée”

The Hill Family is a fourth generation California farm family. They understand from experience how great wine begins in the vineyard. In tending their vines, they have learned by patient observation and careful attention to detail, the farming practices which allow for balanced wines to mature fruit which produces wines of outstanding depth and character. Carly’s Cuvée is a blend of select Chardonnay grapes from various vineyards in the Napa Valley. This wine honors Carly Hill for her contribution to the Hill family wines.

Tasting Notes from the Winery: “The 2015 Carly’s Cuvee Chardonnay presents fresh and bright aromatics of tropical fruit, melon and hints of fig. The entry is honeyed with ripe citrus, light peach and well-integrated nuttiness and a touch of mineral. A rich, full mid-palate with balanced acidity draws out into a long finish.”
